1.Characteristics

The first domestic dust protection mask with curvature cutting that uses the HEPA filter. Using a curvature
cutting filter,it offers a larger area of filtering and high filtering efficiency despite the low pressure loss.

2. Characteristics of the filter material

Filter materials are fiber webs made of polypropylene melt brownpolyester spun bond that are not harmful to humans but environment friendly products for recycling.

▷ Melt Blown products :

It is made of ultra fine threads with diameters of 1 ~ 5㎛. It collects the fine particles.

▷ Spunbond :

It is made of long threads with diameters of 20 ~ 30 ㎛. It collects the large dust particles.

▷ ACF(Activated Carbon Fiber) :

The micro pore intervals are less than 20A . Compared to general activated carbon, it is absorbed mich faster and has higher adhesion capacity.

3. Characteristics of filters

It is made of a curvature cutting filter and ACF. Simple filter structure and easy assembly. No leakage of air. Due to its curvature cutting type, it offers a larger area of filtering and its activated carbon offers excellent adhesion ability.

4. Characteristics of body materials

Quite suitable for a human body. Uses soft silicon materials for good fits. Less fixing force required for good sealing.
Convenient for long hours of use. Simple body and easy replacement but no air leakages.
